Regulayer™ Control
One place to see and change authority, and to ask the record.
What it does
AI agents can be talked into paying. The model may agree. The action still requires current human authority. Regulayer™ Control is the customer's live dashboard: one place to see and change that authority, and to ask the record. It shows the named person, the scope, and whether the authority is current or withdrawn.
Only the named person's own signature, on their own device, grants or restores it. With the authority withdrawn, the request is stopped before execution. Restore it, then send the same words again, and it is allowed. Same agent. Same request. Same words. Only current human authority changed.
Ask the record. How many rogue actions today? Who allowed this? What did the agent attempt after authority was withdrawn? The answers come from that record, not from a model: every decision, in order, sealed when it happened.
What it covers
In practice
Move money
In Regulayer™ Control, Dana Whitfield in Treasury holds authority for payments up to $50,000 to approved payees. The payments agent's $42,500 payment to Sample Supplier Ltd runs. With her authority withdrawn, the identical request is stopped: the money does not move. Ask who authorized the $42,500 payment, and the answer comes from the sealed record.
Why it matters
A human stays in control. Regulayer™ cannot stop a person being persuaded to grant authority. It stops an agent acting past what a named person currently allows. With authority and the record in one place, an organization can answer a regulator, an insurer or its own board in seconds, from evidence rather than recollection.
