Open verifier
Verify a Regulayer™ receipt.
What it does
Verification runs in your browser. Your receipt is not uploaded, and no account is required.
The verification code is open. The signing engine is private.
Verification does not establish identity or authority, or assess whether the underlying work is correct.
What it covers
In practice
Check a record
An auditor receives a receipt. They open the verifier, drop it in, and see whether it is signed and unchanged, with nothing uploaded and no account.
Why it matters
Open by design: anyone can check the record, on their own machine, without us.
Free verifier
Can a recipient check a record without us?
This is what your client, your auditor, your court, or your insurer receives: a check that costs nothing, needs no account, uploads nothing, and works fully offline. Their check is free and independent, which is what makes yours worth issuing.
No server is involved; there is nothing on Regulayer™’s side to breach or read.
What the recipient sees
Anyone who receives one can check it for free.
They see what you declared, whether the signature holds, what the time was and where it came from, and whether the document has changed since. They never see a word of the document itself.
Test it against us
Verify a record we did not tell you about.
Take a sealed record, check it in your own browser, then change a single character and watch verification fail.
Check it without relying on us.
The guarantee
Any change after sealing fails verification.
Any change after sealing breaks the signature, and the break shows on verification.
The record is the evidence. Your auditor, regulator or court makes the determination.
