Privacy

What this website does and does not collect.

This website is a marketing surface. It serves static HTML, images, and one client-side JavaScript verifier. The verifier runs entirely in your browser. No receipt data is transmitted to Regulayer™ or any third party.

The site measures traffic with Google Analytics 4, property G-MLMFKLTLMR, which loads one third-party script from googletagmanager.com and sets analytics cookies where analytics storage is permitted. It records page views and a short list of navigation events: opening the demonstrations, opening the pricing page, following a checkout or contact link, moving from a law page into a product page, and submitting a contact form. It never receives a receipt, a document, or the contents of anything you type.

Analytics storage is denied by default for visitors in the European Union, the EEA, the United Kingdom and Switzerland. A Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal stops it before anything loads at all. It does not run on the pages where the proof happens: the verifier, the Sealer and the issued-record pages carry no analytics, so checking a receipt is never measured.

If you contact us by email, we hold that email in counsel-grade correspondence and do not share it.

The Regulayer product surfaces (Regulayer, HumanMark, Heartbeat Attested, SDKontrol, FailStop) are governed by separate technical and licensing documentation that operators receive under counsel introduction. Those product surfaces are designed to run sealed and local, with no data leaving the deployment.

Terms of use

Use of this website.

The content of this website is provided for informational purposes. It is not a license, offer, or contract. Use of the trademarks Regulayer, HumanMark, Heartbeat, SDKontrol, Regulayer Class, Verify, Drift Desk, The Witness, and The Verdict is reserved to Regulayer

Software license

The terms you buy under.

These are the terms that ship as LICENSE.txt inside the product. They are here so you can read them before you pay, not after.

What you bought. The right to use the software. You did not buy the software itself and you did not buy the inventions inside it. Regulayer keeps the copyright and keeps its patent rights. You keep everything you make with it.

What you may do. Install and run it on machines you own or control, for your own work or the work of the organization named on your license. Make as many records as you like; they are yours. Give any record to anyone, a court, a client, an opposing party, an insurer, an auditor. Verification is free for everyone, is not licence-gated, and needs no permission from us. Keep running it after you cancel: records you have already issued stay valid and independently verifiable permanently. A lapsed license stops covering new records; it never reaches back.

What you may not do. Redistribute, resell, publish or share the software or any part of its source outside your organization. Create derivative works from it, or put any part of it into another product, service or model. Sublicense it, rent it, or run it as a service for third parties. Share your license key, or use one license for more than the named licensee. Remove, alter or work around the license check, the tier marks, or any notice in the records it produces. Represent a record as something it does not say.

Reading is allowed, reuse is not. The source is open to your eyes so you can trust it. That is not permission to copy it, port it, or build from it. Those are two different matters and only the first is granted here.

No warranty. Provided as is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Regulayer is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from its use. Admissibility of any record is decided by a court, never by us.

Term. The license runs while your subscription is current, plus the grace period named in your license key. It ends if you breach these terms. The permanent validity of records you have already issued survives the end of the license, always.

Governing law. The laws of the State of California, United States.

Jurisdiction

Held with counsel of record.

Specific application identifiers, counsel of record, and jurisdictional details are confidential while the applications remain unpublished, and available to qualified counterparties under non-disclosure. The estate is filed in the United States. International filings are tracked separately.
