I invent the architecture that lets AI systems prove their own behavior, and lets human creators prove theirs. An internet where the proof lives in the artifact itself, verifiable by anyone, without trusting the source. Regulayer is the first product of that architecture. The rest of the estate follows from it. Filed, and reduced to practice.

The work behind the file.

The architecture came first. Energy harvesting, distributed cognition, the physics of intelligence that does not need a server. The work was real and recorded. Then the work stopped.

The architecture was not ready to release without governance. Building safety after the fact would have meant bolting it on. Bolted-on safety can be circumvented. It can be removed. It can be ignored when speed matters more.

So the architecture sat on the shelf until the governance layer existed. Safety was not added; it was made part of the same act. That decision is what the estate is for.

The architectural truth

You breathe in oxygen. You breathe out carbon dioxide. It is the same breath.

The kernel governs because it has to, not because it was added later. The proof is produced as a byproduct of the inference, not assembled after the fact. The receipt cannot exist without the decision, and the decision cannot exist without the receipt. They are one act.

Architecture and safety are not two things. They are one breath.

One consolidated utility patent on accelerated examination. Sibling utilities and provisionals on the same priority date. The substrate runs as working code. The kernel emits signed receipts. The receipts persist across restart. Verification is independent of the issuing system.

Five product surfaces are licensed from a single architectural floor: Regulayer governs, SignalDrop delivers, HumanMark attests, Heartbeat Attested confirms, SDKontrol unlocks. Each one is a doorway into the same kernel.

Specific claim coverage is held under counsel and available to qualified counterparties under non-disclosure.

The position

Regulayer is an enabling company. We are not a competitor to AI. We are the architecture every AI ultimately needs to be governable, provable, and adopted by the institutions that buy it.

The branded-instance doctrine invites others to build their own SignalDrops. HumanMark is meant to be public infrastructure. The Regulayer kernel licenses to vendors who want to sell into customers other vendors are locked out of.

There is no moat. There is a bridge.

Five thousand years. A coin, a letter, a deed, a key. The sender handed someone a sealed thing. The thing was the proof. The thing was the medium. Sealed at the source. It carried its own intelligence.

Software disaggregated the envelope. Seven separate services. Domain. DNS. Hosting. Certificate. Mail. Analytics. Identity. The cost of coordinating them moved. From the providers, who used to coordinate via mail. To the consumer, who now coordinates in their head, across browsers, with their nervous system.

Every human transaction that used to be a sealed envelope can be re-aggregated as a Drop. The Drop restores the envelope. The recipient infrastructure handles what used to require a postal system. A clerk. A bank. A registrar. An IT department.

The inventor.

Solo inventor. Background in regulated industries before AI. Cleanroom standards adopted at national scale. Pattern recognition across systems is the through-line. When the systems are seen, safety is non-negotiable. The architecture takes the shape it has to take.

The drafting was counsel-grade. The filing is current. The estate is what one person can build when the systems are clearly seen.

The architecture happens to be lighter on the world.

The industry’s answer to AI is more. More data centers, more power, more water, hundreds of billions of dollars a year building for demand it treats as fixed. Much of that demand is not the intelligence. It is the infrastructure wrapped around it. Remove the infrastructure that was never necessary and the load falls with it. The outcome was not the goal. The goal was governance and proof. The lighter footprint came by physics, not intention. Distributed intelligence is, by its nature, lighter on the world.
