s. 112
defines "notifiable privacy breach" (breach causing / likely to cause serious harm).
s. 113
assessment of whether a privacy breach is notifiable.
s. 114
agency to notify the Privacy Commissioner as soon as practicable.
s. 115
agency to notify affected individuals or give public notice. In force 1 December 2020 (replacing the Privacy Act 1993).
