New Jersey Data Privacy Act (NJDPA), P.L. 2023, c. 266; codified at N.J.S.A. 56:8-166.4 et seq. Provisions addressed:

N.J.S.A. 56:8-166.12: Controller responsibilities; reasonable administrative, technical and physical data security practices; data minimization; non-discrimination; sensitive-data consent.
N.J.S.A. 56:8-166.7: Controller response to a verified consumer request within; 45 days (one 45-day extension).
N.J.S.A. 56:8-166.13: Data protection assessments for heightened-risk processing; available to the Division of Consumer Affairs on request. Effective 15 January 2025. (The signed P.L. 2023, c. 266 uses unnumbered section headings; the N.J.S.A. decimal-suffix numbers above are codifier-assigned.)
