What the statute requires, section by section

Delaware Personal Data Privacy Act (DPDPA), 6 Del. C. sections 12D-101 et seq. Provisions addressed:

§ 12D-106
Duties of controllers; reasonable administrative, technical and physical data security practices; non-discrimination for exercising rights; data minimization; sensitive-data consent.
§ 12D-104
Consumer personal data rights; controller responds without undue delay and within 45 days (one 45-day extension).
§ 12D-108
Data protection assessments for heightened-risk processing; producible to the Department of Justice on request. Effective 1 January 2025.
