What the statute requires, section by section

Regulation (EU) 2022/1925 (Digital Markets Act). Provisions addressed:

Art. 11
Reporting / compliance report: the gatekeeper describes how it complies with Arts. 5, 6 and 7; submitted to the Commission and updated at least annually.
Art. 13
Anti-circumvention (no behaviour or design that circumvents or undermines the Art. 5/6/7 obligations).
Art. 15
Obligation for an audit: the gatekeeper submits an independently audited description of any techniques for profiling of consumers; a non-confidential overview is made public. General application 2 May 2023; designated-gatekeeper obligations applied from ~7 March 2024.
