What the statute requires, section by section

Regulation (EU) 2023/1115 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 31 May 2023 on the making available on the Union market and the export from the Union of certain commodities and products associated with deforestation and forest degradation ("EUDR"), as amended by Regulation (EU) 2025/2650. Provisions this mapper evidences from the per-event signed record:

Art. 4: Obligations of operators: relevant products may be placed on / made available on the market or exported only after due diligence and the submission of a due diligence statement (DDS).
Art. 8: Due diligence: collection of information, risk assessment and risk mitigation.
Art. 9: Information requirements, including the geolocation of all plots of land where the relevant commodities were produced.
Art. 10: Risk assessment. Art. 11, Risk mitigation. Application dates (as amended by (EU) 2025/2650): large operators and traders from 30 December 2026; micro and small enterprises from 30 June 2027.
