Regulayer Enterprise licensing

The estate

What is filed, what is allowed, and what it reads on.

Eighteen patent filings and a PCT. Patent pending. The filings cover the engine and the applications built upon it.

The estate, in scoped wording

Patent pending across the estate. That sentence is stated in exactly that form everywhere this company speaks, because precision about the estate is the same discipline as precision about the records.

Patent pending means pending. Nothing here is a granted patent, and nothing on this page should be read as one.

The layers the filings cover

The kernel

Governance outside the governed system, out of process, so the governed system cannot disable, edit or outrun its own control layer.

The two seal modes

Private, with self-asserted time and no egress of any kind. Witnessed, where a digest alone is timestamped by an independent authority.

The open verifier and the versioned format

Verification with public mathematics, free and permanent. The format version inside the signed bytes, so older records verify permanently and newer records are never rejected by older verifiers.

Post-quantum hybrid signing

Classical and lattice signatures together, so records issued today survive the transition.

Air-gapped operation

Filed as architecture rather than offered as a configuration. No egress, no account, no network dependency.

The chained ledger

Records linked to one another, so a deletion is visible as a gap rather than an absence.

Presence

Biometric or passkey binding of a named individual to a seal, at the moment of sealing, on their own device.

The Chaperone

Observed capture inside a third-party editor, where material is fingerprinted before it crosses any boundary.

Drift measured per person

A behavioural pattern belonging to one operator, visible as theirs rather than averaged into the system.

Trademarks in use

Regulayer, HumanMark, The Witness, Heartbeat, SDKontrol, SignalDrop and Regulayer Class are the product names of the estate. No trademark registration has issued.

What this means for a licensee

The engine is licensed whole, or surface by surface. The filings cover the engine, so a licence of the engine carries the position with it, and applications built on top are covered by their own filings. A SaaS with real deployments on a filed estate is a licensable standards position; the attorney product is one such deployment, running in public, and every record it has ever issued still verifies.

Licensing begins with the problem, not the product.

Describe the system, what it decides, and what it would cost you to be unable to prove it. A written scope follows before any call.
