Live Regulayer

Watch the control happen.

See a generative answer or agentic action checked against current human authority before release. Allow it, correct it, hold it or stop it. Then verify the evidence.

Working demonstrations. Real records. Independent verification.

Start here · what Regulayer is

The text did not change. The authority did.

A filter sees the same request and gives the same answer. Regulayer checks the authority that governs the action now. When that authority changes, what the AI is allowed to do changes with it.

ALLOW · inside current authority

Identical words. Different governing decision. Different outcome.

What it proves: Regulayer governs authorization, not vocabulary. The authority that applies now determines whether the AI may proceed.See it in full on Drift Control →

Test it against us · no account, no upload

Verify a record we did not tell you about.

Take a sealed record, check it in your own browser, then change a single character and watch verification fail. The verifier is open; the engine that signs is not. Nothing is uploaded, and no Regulayer server is involved.

What it proves: the evidence can be verified independently, without Regulayer, even after the vendor relationship ends.

Choose a demonstration

Four longer experiences, then three shorter proofs. Each one runs the same sequence: attempt, authority, control, evidence.

Drift Control

The AI departs from the instruction that governs now.

Three of four confident sentences held, a person decides, and what goes out is clean.

Demo 01 · Watch AI get stopped. The AI proposes, human instructions govern, Regulayer allows, corrects, holds or stops before release

See unauthorized drift held before release.

An AI answers with confidence. Three of four sentences depart from the instruction governing the work. Regulayer holds them before release so the human can decide what goes out. A demonstration, recorded from the live engine. Details changed, nothing invented.

What is being attempted

An AI is about to release a confident professional answer.

What authority applies

The human instruction that governs this work right now.

What Regulayer does

Holds the sentences that left that instruction, before release.

This is a demonstration, with sample data. The seal you can check is real.

Demo 02 · Change one character. Watch verification fail

Seal a record. Then try to break it.

Seal a sentence, then change one character and verify. Watch a valid seal fail the instant one byte changes.

What is being attempted

Passing off an altered record as the original signed one.

What authority applies

The signature made when the reviewer sealed it.

What Regulayer does

Refuses the record the instant one byte no longer matches.

    Without control

The altered record travels on, and the change is invisible to whoever receives it.

    With Regulayer

Verification failed. The record no longer matches the signature. It cannot be passed off as the original signed record.

    Evidence

Anyone holding the record can run the same check independently. Regulayer does not need to be present.

A specimen with sample data. The cryptography is real and runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you do here is recorded, and nothing leaves this page.

Demo 03 · HumanMark: observed input composition

    HumanMark: observed input composition.

See how typed, edited, dictated and pasted input is recorded during the observed session. HumanMark reports production facts; it does not infer authorship from the finished text. Type below, or paste something in, and watch the composition move. Dictated-by-the-author counts as typed input.

This specimen records what happened during this session: typed, edited, dictated and pasted input. It does not infer authorship from finished text. Nothing is recorded or sent. The cryptography is real, but this browser generates and discards the specimen signing key. The signed record identifies itself as a specimen, so that status cannot be removed without breaking the signature. Licensed HumanMark records are sealed by the product on your own machine. Demo 04 · The month you cannot edit, for underwriters

      The month you cannot edit.

One insured, thirty days, no client content of any kind, only counts, rates, and the periods where the control was not running. Those gaps are signed onto the record, which is the part that has never existed before. Verify it, then try to make a bad month look like a good one.

      Committed root

A specimen with sample data. The insured signs the month. The carrier verifies it against a public key, offline, with no contact with us and no access to a single word of the underlying work. A gap cannot be removed, because the signed record commits to how many days there were. Silence is priced, not guessed at.

Demo 05 · The free verifier, on a record you did not make

        The free verifier.

This is what your client, your auditor, your court, or your insurer receives: a check that costs nothing, needs no account, uploads nothing, and works fully offline. Their check is free and independent, which is what makes yours worth issuing.

Verification runs end to end in this browser window: the fingerprint is recomputed from the content, and the signature is checked against the public key inside the record. No server is involved; there is nothing on Regulayer’s side to breach or read.

Demo 06 · Disclose two records out of seven, and prove there were exactly seven

Prove you disclosed everything without disclosing everything.

Opposing counsel asks what AI touched this matter. Hand over two records and they ask what you are hiding; hand over all seven and you have opened the file. This is the third answer: disclose two, and prove mathematically that there were exactly seven: none added, none removed, none altered. The five you did not open stay sealed, and stay privileged.

Your matter record. Tick what you disclose

What the recipient receives, and checks

Tick the records you are willing to open, then produce the disclosure.

A specimen with sample data. Every record is fingerprinted and folded into one signed root value; an opened record proves its own membership by a short path of sibling fingerprints, and the sealed ones contribute their fingerprints and nothing else. Because the root and the count are signed together, a record cannot be quietly dropped or slipped in afterwards. And the sealed content is never revealed, not even to us. Computed in your browser; nothing is sent anywhere.

Demo 07 · The Witness: ask the sealed memory in natural language

            Ask it in natural language.

Ask the memory a question and the answer comes back at true scale, thousands of sealed moments, with proof it is complete. Every flag met a person at the moment. A demonstration, with sample data.

2,847 sealed moments match · 1,902 carried flags · complete for the week
The week replays. Thousands of moments, and every flag met a person at the moment:
All 2,847 are in the record, each sealed when it happened. Nothing here was reconstructed later, because later is too late.

The demo is the small version of the architecture.

The same authority pattern can govern an AI answer, an autonomous agent, a transaction, a robotic action or another consequential system: human authority before consequence, with evidence afterward.
